Scrappage scheme

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has launched an attractive scrappage scheme encouraging the exchange of latest generation, lower-emission new vehicles, in tandem with the removal of older, Euro 1-4 emissions standards vehicles from the UK. It offers owners of older diesel vehicles up to £2,000 off the price of a new model, in addition to any existing offers.

If you own a Euro 1-4 diesel vehicle registered before 1 January 2010, you can trade-in the vehicle and benefit from incentives – ranging from £1,000 to £2,000 – against the majority of new Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles vans and passenger carriers (see table below) if ordered by 31st March 2018 and must be handed over by 30 June 2018.

The trade-in vehicle needs to have been owned by you for at least six months.

This incentive is available to retail customers regardless of your vehicle brand or model, and is valid against the purchase of a new Volkswagen Caddy, Transporter, Caravelle or Crafter (excludes Amarok, Transporter Sportline and California).

Please note: Passenger-carrying T6 M1 vehicles (California, Caravelle, shuttle and window van) are excluded from the scrappage offer until further notice.

Contact your local Sinclair Van Centre for further information.
